*These rooms may only be available in conjunction with another rental on weekends.

* There is a MINIMUM WEEKEND CHARGE OF $500 per event + an additional $100 Weekend cleanup fee will be added to events serving food and beverage..

Capacities are based on room capacity. Head tables, buffet tables, dance floors, stages, etc. may eliminate seating availability. Rates Include: Basic Cleaning fee, basic setups during business hours, table & chairs, basic audio/visual package (screen, projector, computer, microphone if needed). Setup of equipment is provided.

Fulltime audio/visual support during/ assistance with presentation preparation by the Multi Media Manager before the conference will be billed at $50 per hour if applicable.

Additional Costs: Catering (Please see Approved Caterer List), Additional Audio/Visual Equipment, $200 after midnight surcharge if applicable. Additional charges may be incurred if unusual setups or non business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30) are requested. $100 Custodial /setup fees may also apply for large food events on weekends or for unusual cleanup (at the discretion of the Facility Manager). Coffee $15.00 per carafe, Bottled Water and Soft Drinks $1.50 per item. Snacks are $1.00 per item. Bulk Copies are 7 cents per copy. Please see the receptionist for assistance. Easel pads are $25 per pad. Tables with cloths for exhibits, $15 per table. Multi-day and Non-profit discounts (70% of published rate) may apply- see the Director of Events & Marketing, Kim Rozycki for confirmation or additional rate information.
