Every room in our facility comes equipped with a ceiling-mounted data/video projector, large automated drop-down projection screen, VCR/DVD combo players and a fully loaded PC with the latest operating system and Microsoft Office suite. In addition, lightning fast Ethernet-cable connected internet access is free with your rental for your speaker/facilitator. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire building, at no cost to you. Simply visit our information desk attendant and request your username and password.
The Blanchard Banquet Hall In our Blanchard Banquet Hall, our ability to help your meeting reach a new level of excellence is extended exponentially as this hall is equipped to handle events that demand a more professional edge. Beginning with our user-friendly touch-panel system, our staff can control the lighting, shades, microphone, av sound, and video source levels at the touch of a button. In this part of the facility we offer wireless handheld and lavaliere microphones as well as the traditional wired mic. These rooms also have high-speed internet and computers for your use.
Expanded Technology Needs and Service At CCLD we understand that technology affords groups the ability to express their ideas more widely than otherwise possible. Therefore, in addition to our basic installed technology we offer a plethora of technological solutions via our Multimedia Production Manager.
