Leadership Development Team Experiences
The All-American Experience
Purpose:
This is s hands-on leadership development experience that illustrates how the United States Army transforms new recruits into the world's best soldiers. Participants will be exposed to current training techniques and learn leadership development insights from the Army's experts.
Practical Application:
  • Participants will be able to translate leadership development insights learned into their workplace.
  • Each participant will have an opportunity to grow as a leader by learning how other leaders lead.
  • Participants will learn how large organizations train their leaders.
  • Participants will have a new appreciation for the seriousness and importance of leadership development.
Mission to Mars
Purpose:
Participants are immersed in a realistic Mission Control and Space Station environment. Through this innovative experiential hands-on learning experience participants will be exposed to real-world skills necessary for success in today's workforce. Some of these skills are: collaborating, communicating, decision-making, problem-solving, risk taking, and teambuilding.
Practical Application:
  • Improve skills that have immediate application in the workplace.
  • Develop skills that will have long term impact on the individual and on the organization.
  • Align and equip the team to work together.
  • Experience new synergy in the team.
Working In Harmony: The Music Paradigm
Purpose:
With increasing globalization and intensified competition leaders must continually improve communication, motivational, and leadership skills. Working in Harmony is a leadership development session that demonstrates a variety of leadership styles and communication techniques that an orchestra conductor uses to focus group efforts and to inspire individual creativity in the context of a specific goal.
Practical Application:
  • Listening for feedback while leading.
  • Eye contact and multitasking.
  • Technical and inspirational leadership.
  • The use of humor.
  • Ensuring a supportive environment.
